Domains Terms of service

This Domain Name Registration Terms of Service ("ToS") is a legal agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and Pofii ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your purchase and use of domain name registration services.

By registering, renewing, or transferring a domain name through Pofii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this ToS.

1. Domain Registration

1.1 Pofii provides domain name registration services through various accredited domain name registrars as defined by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN").

1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1 Fees for domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are subject to the pricing provided on our website at the time of purchase.

2.2 Payment must be received in full before any domain name registration, renewal, or transfer process can begin.

3. Renewals

3.1 It is your responsibility to keep your domain name renewed. Pofii may provide reminders in advance of the domain's expiration date, but we are not liable for any loss due to an expired domain name.

4. Transfers

4.1 Domain name transfers to or from other registrars are subject to ICANN's transfer policy, and additional documentation may be required to initiate and complete the transfer.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable. No exceptions.

6. Domain Use

6.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your domain name does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party and is in compliance with all applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Pofii will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This ToS shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pofii is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to this ToS

9.1 Pofii reserves the right to revise, change, or amend this ToS at any time. Such changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1 This ToS, together with any other agreements or terms incorporated by reference herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pofii, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
